My Sanctuary Conscious Leaders Retreat is the last in-person experience I facilitated over the past three years, and the one that precedes this new experience in its evolution. Luminescence™ is what comes next, and it's asking something different of me, and of the people who say yes.

During my five-month sabbatical from social media, I created enough stillness that I was able to tap into a quiet intelligence that I believe few ever allow themselves to experience, for fear that they need to get back to the 'doing' that reassures them they're being productive. As though tapping into the deepest version of your soul's blueprint, and expressing that blueprint through your mission, is somehow counterproductive. What came through for me was a clarity around my truth that has set my soul ablaze, and I want others to experience that same level of conviction about who they are here to be.
I found myself asking a question that had been waiting a long time to be asked. Who would I be if I wasn't a bestselling author, a successful coach and entrepreneur, or a founder of The Dragonfly Club™ and The Coaches' Chronicle™. If I set down all the medals, what was underneath?
What revealed itself was an innocent little boy who incarnated into this body, in this lifetime, at a time of great need for me to be all that I can be. The pristine inner child who carries the codes. The one who knew, before the world began teaching him who to be.

The entire approach to our time together is built primarily around the importance of play.
Because your inner child is who carries the codes, and play is how the codes come through. We'll engage in tailored, challenging, creative, and fun in-person work that most retreats won't touch. We won't be sitting in boring boardrooms with whiteboards and fresh dry erase markers. Each day begins with an optional morning movement or meditation practice before breakfast, for those who want to meet the day that way. There will be evening circle. Moments with your new friends and colleagues. Moments of silence, moments of ceremony, moments outdoors, and a few surprises you can only experience in person.
One of our evenings you're invited to my signature wear-whites poolside party and dinner buffet, an evening of celebration, connection, and unapologetic fun. And a closing ceremony that honours what twelve people build together when they stop performing and start remembering.
Woven through each day are a few hours of sacred alone or free time, an intentional pause for introspection, reflection, integration, and sacred play. The days will feel full, they always do, but the container honours both depth and rest. We'll have four full nights together at the lodge, with Opening Ceremony at noon on day one and Closing Ceremony wrapping at 11am on day five. We'll pause long enough for the old programming to loosen. We'll draw on ancient and modern healing practices, on lived and ancestral wisdom, on the celebration of the entrepreneurial path as a spiritual one. And we'll do it together, as a curated circle of the kind of leaders who are already doing meaningful work in the world and are ready to meet themselves at a deeper level, void of the performative masks placed upon us by the outside world. The twelve will likely be a curated blend of coaches, founders, entrepreneurs, creators, and healers who have already reached a level of success in their businesses. The lodge sits a short drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), the most common point of entry for arriving guests.
Your investment covers shared same-sex Queen Lakeside Lodge accommodation with two beds, Executive Chef-prepared meals with most special diets accommodated, all workshops and programming, all ceremony, one-on-one facilitation time with me, a curated gift bag full of intentional gifts, a few surprises best left unnamed, and a membership bonus that extends well beyond the five days: three one-to-one HeartTalk sessions with me after the retreat, and ongoing access to our community group program within The Dragonfly Club™, so the work we do together keeps unfolding long after you return home.

What does the alignment conversation look like?

Just the two of us, so I can hold and hear what you're bringing into the circle, and so we can begin attuning to each other before the five days begin.
It's a welcome-in, not a gate. The decision is yours to make from the frequency of the invitation itself.
How much time do I have to decide?
Five days from the moment this lands in your hands. After that, any tickets that haven't been claimed or returned are redistributed to others who are ready. If I haven't heard back from you by then, the ticket will be passed along to free up availability for the right person to join us.

Can I bring my partner or a friend?

We'll also work with stillness, with ceremony, with ancient and modern healing practices, with the celebration of the entrepreneurial path as a spiritual one. Some of what happens is best discovered in the room, not described ahead of time.
Who's facilitating the five days?
It's just me. I'm leading each individual and the group through an evolution of process designed to place you face to face with your most aligned path forward, guided by a sense of deep soul-level clarity about how you are to serve in a way that removes all push, and turns you into a magnetic attractor for your work.
Twelve is the right number for this to happen. Fewer would feel thin. More would dilute the intimacy. Twelve is the ceiling so that the facilitation stays personal, end to end.
Can I present to the group?
Yes. Each member of our circle will be given an optional thirty minute show and tell to present on a topic or lead us in an activity of their choice, coordinated ahead of time with me.
This is not a requirement, and there's no pressure to take it. But if you have a piece of your work you'd love to share, or a practice you feel called to lead, the space is yours.
How should I prepare? What should I bring?
Bring an attitude of curiosity and openness. Pack a blank journal and a mind set on inviting stillness before expansion. Mostly, you just need to show up and receive.
There's no pre-work. No required reading. No mindset you need to arrive with beyond willingness. The rest unfolds in the room.
What about phones, devices, and substances?
This isn't a phones-down container, but we'll do our best to keep them tucked away for the majority of our time together. The potency of what we're building depends on minimal distraction and minimal outside influence, and phones are a fast way to dilute both. Check in with your world as needed, then come back to the circle.
Luminescence™ is also a fully sober event. No alcohol, and no mind-altering substances of any kind, including plant-based ones. I want to be transparent here: I'm a strong advocate for plant-based medicines and the healing they can offer in the right context. This simply isn't that setting or that intention. We'll be working directly with your sacred blueprint energy, and that work must not be influenced by anything external. The clarity we're here to meet comes through cleanly, or it doesn't come through at all.
The evenings will have their own forms of celebration, including our wear-whites poolside party, and none of them require any external substances to be magic. You are the substance we want most.
Is the investment refundable?
The investment is non-refundable but transferable to another person if your circumstances change. If something unexpected happens and you can't attend, your seat can be passed to someone else with my blessing.
